Please educate, do not hate

I woke up this morning and found that a video on YouTube is going viral on facebook. Immediately as usual I have an urge that I need to watch this viral thingy. However, as I normally attend my sims social first, i let the video get the 100% buffer which only took 5 sec and finishing the tasks on the sims social. At the same time I let the video play by itself and with all the lagging due to flash player and my computer RAM, i still can hear that the people within the video was talking about hudud and I immediately know that this is some video that was made by pemuda to explain misconception about hudud among muslim and non muslim alike.
As for me, i think this is an absolutely brilliant attempt to counter some misconception regarding hudud which rarely explained to the public. Anyone that tried to explain it will be labelled as an opposition since this issue was brought in by the opposition party in Malaysia nearly some 50 years ago or maybe even earlier or slightly later.
It may seems barbaric even by hearing the kind of thing that someone who is guilty of charge have to go through but as explained in the video, the enforcement of the law isn't easy and it require very specific type of situation.
People sometime judge the implementation of hudud among the muslim alone as injustice but think carefully, if u are a muslim and guilty for that specific mistake and then being sentenced according to the Islamic way (hudud), at least in the hereafter you will hopefully receive less punishment as you have got the kind of punishment that Allah SWT has command. Plus, the definition of justice it self also sometimes varies according to culture and religion. In Islam, being just in a crude way is translated as putting something at its own place/ doing something accordingly. For instance, you will not be just if you have a twin son and a daughter but during their birthday, you buy both of them barbie dolls??!! Same goes to 5 times daily prayer. As a muslim, would you argue that it isn't fair because the non believer do not pray 5 times a days? Unless u are total idiot, you probably would!
Still, the conventional law will always be there as it is part of taazir in Islam. so, why even afraid of hudud if u think you will not even do the crime in the first place and the conventional law is there anyway.
The next argument is the very basic of islamic fundemental. To accept everything that come with a "package" of Islam once you say the shahadah with a full understanding of it. People know that Islam is a way of life and not just another religion. Many people say shahadah but very few really understand the obligation obligation after that. That is why probably many still do not practice even the basic of Islam. Praying 5 times a day, fasting 30 days during the month of Ramadhan, pay the zakat and go to hajj.
Last but not least, this video is only available in Malay language with no subs but I hope the director or the video editor would put in English and possibly mandarin and tamil subs later on. This issue isn't a local Malaysian issue but one of the foundation in Islam as well and possibly an "alternative" to the conventional law being used nowadays to curb socials problems.
Finally, enjoy the video itself. I will update later if they put the subtitle for this video. :)

1. Even if you dont agree, if you are a muslim, think again before you say something about hudud because you may never know that you actually go against your faith. I ask for Allah protection against this.

Superficially, it seems like just another cute video (it is?) from Youtube where some random guy posted a video and somehow become famous instantly like a quick 2 minutes instant noodle. ^___^ .

Anyhow, the video itself might mean nothing to many but rather just enjoy it for whatever reason be it the cuteness or just simply amazing voice of the fathers for some.
Only when you read more or maybe stalk more about it, then you'll know that it was not just another video.
It was a therapy session for the girls and i'm quite sure also for the father himself.
It was a love story. Something that many are afraid to venture into after multiple failure. Hopefully after read the article below, you-who-had-multiple-failure would not stop from venturing into those area again because whatever happen, life must go on.
It is also a prove that Allah The Almighty is in power to bring about the wealth or whatever goodness to you if he desired in a way that you never expected.

To take part in election is exercising your right. Sometimes, we don't even know whether the election process is being done either truthfully or not. So, hopefully with this short video (obviously will never be from RTM) will raise some awareness about your right as a citizen. Before this, i heard that one of my relatives said to me that the vote could be trace thus for government officer, it would be bad if they choose to vote for the opposition. I thought it was an excuse that she gave so that she does have to go out to vote. Now, i know it is true. So, after this, you should not afraid anymore about your vote being trace.
I still remember that during the general election in 2008, the undi post did not reach Ireland. It stucked somewhere in UK according to the person from embassy at that time. I was wondering at that time what happened to those votes that did not reach the people that they were supposed to. Hopefully no one cast the vote for them and it was considered as undi rosak.
In Malaysia, we (you) are rarely being educate about our right because if they (government) do, they know that people will go against them. That's why they are able to manipulate and do as they wish. The reason that they are afraid of internet also could be linked to increase in level of education and awareness among citizens. For years, we have be bullied indirectly by not being able to know our own right, be it in education, health, legal, banking system etc.
People would only know about their right if they go to lawyer and looking for some legal case to be sorted. The best example was how the saman ekor was being manipulated all these while. That way it was constructed was illegal as being exposed recently and now, the JPJ and the authority are looking a way to restructure it so that they will be able to continue collecting the money from rakyat. New system is on the way, so be careful. ^__^
As shown in this video, some worker (including police, doctors, teachers etc) who was paid by the government to serve the rakyat (people) act as if they were the only truth. Whatever they say is right and you cannot go against them. If only you know your right, they won't be able to do that. The same about doing a rally which was suppose to be control by the police, not being held by them!
This is only a little exposure of your right as a citizen although it would give a great impact on the future of our beloved country, Malaysia. Hopefully, Malaysians would be able to exercise their right without any fear anymore.

Harini tiba-tiba rasa nak menulis pulak lepas lama tak menulis kat sini.
Banyak benda berlaku dalam 2 3 minggu ni. Assignments yang tertanggung-tanggung (jangan ikut perangai ni!), belajar pasal budak-budak comel dalam paediatrik dan lain-lain lagi. Kesian bila tengok budak-budak kecik ni yang dah kena masuk hospital awal-awal usia macam ni.
Antara perkara terbesar yang berlaku dalam 2 3 minggu ni ialah rasa down dan malas. Motivasi diri agak kurang kot , so rasa susah nak gerak sendiri-sendiri kebelakangan ni. Patutnya benda yang boleh habis dalam satu dua jam tertangguh sampai berbelas-belas jam. Bayangkan satu nota power point yang boleh dibaca kurang dari 1 jam hanya boleh betul-betul habis lepas 12 jam! Bukannya banyak sangat distraction, tapi lebih kepada kurang motivasi. Haih. Ni lah yang pada aku adalah cabaran terbesar duduk kat luaq negara ni. Anyway, harapnya tak berlaku lagi lah lepas ni benda-benda macam ni. In fact, bila cuba trace balik apa sebab yang berlaku, rasanya aku sendiri pun tak sure. Idiopathic. Haha.
So, sekarang aku dah halfway through rotation paediatrics ni, ada lagi 3 minggu, lepas tu exam on the last week tu. Tak pasti la setakat ni apa yang dah lekat dalam otak ni. Minggu depan (mula Ahad), aku akan ke Drogheda semula macam waktu aku buat rotation GP dulu-dulu. Tapi kali ni akan ke hospital Drogheda. Jadual dah dapat dah tadi. Nampak macam pack sungguh. Harapnya sempat la aku nak study sama.
Apapun, harap korang semua terus mendoakan agar aku diberi kekuatan untuk menempuh tahun-tahun terakhir pengajian ni insyaAllah. Semoga dengan berkat doa korang semua, Allah SWT akan mempermudahkan urusan aku dan rakan-rakan lain di sini.

To unlock the samsung galaxy S, Follow the instruction below. (try this at your own risk)
1. Install this apps called "SGS Unlock" which can be found in the android market on your phone.
2. Open the SGS Unlock apps and copy (write down) the unlock code and the unfreeze code.
3. Watch the video below and follow all of his instructions carefully. [While working on your phone, you might get an extra code called "mcc/mnc lock". This guy however only had two of them (unlock code and the unfreeze code). Refer the video on the 6th min and 11 sec. This mmc/mnc code shall be use if you want to lock your phone again.]
All the stuff that you need to download as seen in this video (only one software) should be available on the link from this page. Unfortunately you have to register before you can download it.
It should be work and if you want to lock it again, just follow this instruction from the same forum. Read the 3rd step section.
It worked well for my phone and I already tried to use maxis simcard from Malaysia. :)
Alhamdulillah, so after this i don't have to worry to need to call Meteor again and ask them to unlock the phone for me. :)

We were shown this video today during one of the introductory lecture. This is a proven experiment, a very famous one (that is why i was not fooled today! Yay...!!) that how sometimes we tend to overlook some stuff just because we are focusing on other thing. Too attentive maybe. i watched this many many times earlier actually. Half of the class actually missed to see the gorilla and they were laughing at themselves afterwards.
This technique has been utilise by many in order to distract people attention when an issue arises. They bring some other thing to surface at the same time while people are trying to focus on one thing thus making the actual problem 'invisible' to many that of cause focusing their attention to the side stuff that going on at the same time.
Funny how we tend to overlook at things that is right in front of our eyes.
so...how many of you guys actually did not see the gorilla thumping his chest on the first view? LOL
Look at the various changes to the actual experiment from youtube and even if you see the gorilla in this video, you will be surprise on things that you may overlooked in the other video. ^___^
Selective attention, that is how human function by default anyway.

For those who like sciences and bemused by the universe and the science behind the creation of the universe, these videos are probably among the best way to kill your time and of course at the same time, get to increase you knowledge about the universe, quantum physics and the chemistry.

Syukur kepada Allah SWT kerana masih memberi peluang untuk melihat dunia ini lagi, masih memberi peluang untuk memohon ampun dan taubat di bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ini. Masih memberi peluang untuk terus beramal dalam saki baki bulan Ramadhan ini.
Umur aku dah meningkat setahun lagi dan bermakna lebih dekat dengan kematian yang entah bila bakal menjengah. Meningkatnya umur perlu selaras dengan peningkatan amal kebajikan supaya masa yang dihabiskan di dunia ini nanti tidak menjadi fitnah di akhirat kelak. Harapnya aku mampu untuk berubah menjadi lebih baik. Macam selau orang cakap, there is always rooms for improvement, so…nak ke tidak sahaja lah kan?

Semalam, lepas asar, Imam dari Mesir yang datang ke Dublin bagi tazkirah tentang Hurul ‘Ain (wanita-wanita syurga). Dia cakap, the only mahar for them are iman yang sempurna, banyak berbuat kebaikan dan meninggalkan larangan Allah. Anyway, according to him base on one of the hadith if i am not mistaken, the women of the world who enter Jannah (heaven) is much better in the akhirat because they endured all the hardship in this world before they can get there.
Jadi, beruntunglah wahai wanita-wanita beriman sekalian kerana kalian itu lebih mulia di akhirat kelak berbanding Hurul ‘Ain.
Tetiba bagi tazkirah pasal ni pulak. haha. Berkongsi sedikit sebanyak sebab plan asalnya nak menulis petang semalam. ^__^
Alhamdulillah, hati ini lebih tenang sekarang ni. Mungkin tandanya it is time to stop doing thing that i hate the most and focus on apa yang sepatutnya diberikan perhatian terlebih dahulu. Rezeki itu dah tertulis, cuma kita sahaja tak tahu bila dan di mana. Aku sendiri pun naik pelik kenapa aku menjadi terlebih sabar padahal i hate endless waiting so much. So kalau ada yang nak suruh aku tunggu apa-apa lepas ni, bagitau time frame. At least text me and cakap, "aku lambat 10 minit". Jangan cakap "aku lambat saja". Okayh???!

Entry ni kesinambungan dari entry sebelum ini iaitu berkenaan kematian kucing yang bernama Shiro itu.
Memang benar orang kata, bila dah hilang sesuatu, baru la rasa nak hargai betul-betul.
Terutamanya bila sesuatu yang kita hilang tu sememangnya sukar diperolehi.
Kadang-kadang nikmat bila dianugerahkan sesuatu tu kita take for granted. tak menghargai dengan sebetulnya.
Alhamdulillah, disebabkan Shiro saya dapat belajar banyak benda. Sesungguhnya dari kematian itu, kita dapat mempelajari banyak benda. Walaupun Shiro seekor kucing. Untuk individu macam saya yang dah lama tak menghadapi kematian kaum kerabat terdekat, this event is a big blow to myself yang selalu leka ini.
Antaranya ialah:
1. Kasih sayang itu tidak hanya terbatas sesama manusia. Bahkan dalam sirah sendiri, kita dapat lihat bagaimana sahabat Rasulullah sendiri mendapat gelaran Abu Hurairah yang bermaksud bapa kucing. Dalam Islam sendiri, kita sangat dituntut untuk berlaku adil sesama hidupan (makhluk).
2. Kasih sayang sesama manusia itu jauh lebih hebat dan saya sendiri kurang pasti adakah saya mampu untuk bertahan jika kehilangan individu-individu yang saya kasihi terutamanya ahli keluarga. Lebih-lebih lagi dalam keadaan berjauhan macam ini.
3. Memelihara haiwan peliharaan itu adalah satu daripada cara untuk belajar bertanggungjawab. Mungkin boleh digunakan untuk mengajarkan anak-anak anda tentang soal tanggungjawab dengan praktikal sebegini. Bayangkan jika ada haiwan peliharaan tetapi tak dijaga sebaiknya, bukankah itu satu penganiayaan dan boleh mendatangkan dosa?
4. Sayangilah ahli keluarga dan kaum kerabat anda. Terutamanya kedua ibu bapa dan adik beradik anda sementara mereka masih hidup. Kalau ada antara mereka yang dah meninggal dunia, banyakkan berdoa untuk kesejahteraan mereka. Doa anak soleh adalah antara salah satu amalan yang tidak akan putus untuk kedua orang tua yang telah meninggal. So kena kawin la kalau nak ada anak soleh kn? (^__^)
5. Sentiasalah mengingati mati kerana kematian itu sangat hampir dengan kita. Kematian itu sesuatu yang pasti. Dengan mengingati mati, kita akan kurang melakukan perkara-perkara lagho dan lebih menghampiri Allah. InsyaAllah. Bahkan ada sebuah hadis menyebut (lebih kurang maksudnya) bahawa orang yang bijak adalah yang paling banyak mengingati mati.
Ok lah, setakat itu sahaja dulu. Masih terasa sedih dengan kematian Shiro.

sekarang tengah sibuk sikit sebab dah hampir ke akhir-akhir minggu untuk menyiapkan mini research (SSC) ni. So, mood takdak nak update blog. Kebetulan ada kawan kat facebook letak video ni. Konon-konon ceramah politik la, tapi aku tunggu jugak la nak dengar walaupun aku malas sebenarnya nak dengar orang cerita karut marut. tunggu punya tunggu, wah!!!! Macam dengar cerita hantu pulak, sound effect tu memang takleh blah. SERAM!!! Macam cerita Ahmad Albab pun ada jugak. harapnya malam ni tak terganggu tidoq aku walaupun mungkin tak tidoq. TAKOT!
